It had been quite a few years since our trees were pruned and we had a lot of dead wood that was threatening to come down. John came promptly to give us a quote. He spent a lot of time explaining what needed to be done. I found him to be very professional, yet personable at the same time. We were having a family medical crisis at the time and he was very willing to work with us to accommodate our schedule. The work was done in a timely matter and there were no surprises. The clean up was perfect. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and use him again.

Manami - Lexington tree and tree stump removal. Removing some trees and grinding stumps. We had ~18 trees removed, about 6-9 stumps ground and some of the hard wood (from two huge oaks and a maple) cut into rounds for fire wood. Peter was very professional and gave good advice (as well as he was the only person who came out who actually knew what some of the trees were). Although their price was not the lowest (it was certainly not the highest either), we decided to go with them. They performed all the tree felling on one day and came back after about a week to grind the stumps. They warned us when we might lose plants, and advised us to move other plants that were close to trees to be felled. Some of the logs we wanted for fire wood were not fully cut through, but after a call to Peter, they came the next day to finish them off. Great job.

Tree work in Lexington, MA. Just had some trees removed, including one in the back yard. Wasn't sure how they would reach the tree because where was no easy access to the back for trucks. No problem, the crane reached OVER the house and the removal was done vertically! This is the second time Marquis did tree work for me and I see no reason why I would ever have anyone else do my tree work. I give them 7 out of 5 stars. Did good job cleaning up after themselves. Even the Police Detail officer said they do good work and he sees a lot of tree services.

We had 41 large trees removed from around our house, barn and carriage shed in Carlisle, MA. Some were in the 100' buffer zone of wetlands requiring special care. The Marquis team did a fantastic and clean job of removal and stump grinding where required. Their estimate was reasonable for the number of trees that needed to be removed. They showed up early each day and finished the job in two days! I'd highly recommend Marquis Tree Service to anyone who has trees that need to be removed that are in close proximity to buildings and wetlands.

Absolutely first class, professional service. 20 - 30 trees removed in Billerica with not a scratch of property damage. Price was comparable or better than my other estimates. Work quality, equipment, efficiency, and demeanor was nothing less than impressive. Property was spotless when they finished.
