Marquis Tree Service has been involved in the cleanup effort for several major hurricanes. In 2003 hurricane Isabel struck Williamsburg Virginia. Marquis Tree service partnered with Mayer Tree Service of Essex MA to help residents and business owners of Virginia with the cleanup. Together we worked to remove large trees from homes, businesses and schools. In 2004 the companies worked together again, this time in Pensacola Florida following hurricane Ivan. We were contracted by the city of Pensacola to clean up many of the cities public schools. We removed fallen trees, pruned broken and hanging limbs, and removed standing trees that were deemed hazardous. In 2005 we were off again. Hurricane Katrina slammed into Mississippi. Together we were contracted to clean up the entire University of Southern Mississippi campus in Hattiesburg (16,000 students). Then we moved on to Alabama where we worked for FEMA in several small towns
